At Plantman, we are committed to delivering your live plants safely and efficiently across India. We have partnered with Shiprocket, India’s leading shipping aggregator, to ensure reliable and timely delivery.

1. Shipping Partner

Plantman exclusively uses Shiprocket as our delivery partner. Shiprocket connects us with multiple reputed courier services such as Delhivery, Ecom Express, and others, allowing us to choose the best and fastest option for your location.

2. Order Processing

Once your order is confirmed and payment is received, we carefully pack your plants using specialized packaging designed to protect live plants during transit. Orders are usually processed and handed over to Shiprocket within 1–2 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).

3. Delivery Timelines

Delivery time depends on your location and starts after the order is dispatched:

  • Metro Cities (Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Chennai, Kolkata, Pune, etc.): 3–5 business days
  • Tier-2 Cities: 5–7 business days
  • Tier-3 Cities & Remote Areas: 7–10 business days

These timelines are approximate and may vary due to weather conditions, festivals, courier partner schedules, or unforeseen circumstances.

4. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated based on the weight of the package, destination pincode, and the courier selected by Shiprocket. The exact shipping cost is displayed on the checkout page before you complete your purchase.

Free shipping may be available on selected products or orders above a certain value (as mentioned on the product page or during promotions).

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive:

  • A confirmation email and SMS with the tracking (AWB) number
  • A direct tracking link from Shiprocket

You can track your order in real-time using the tracking link or by visiting the Shiprocket website/app.

6. Delivery Instructions

  • Please provide a complete and accurate delivery address along with a valid phone number.
  • Ensure someone is available at the delivery address on the expected delivery date.
  • For live plants, we recommend choosing a delivery address where the plants can be received and placed in suitable conditions immediately.

If the delivery fails due to incorrect address, unavailability of the recipient, or refusal to accept the package, the order may be returned to origin (RTO). In such cases, you will be responsible for any additional shipping charges for re-delivery.

7. Important Notes

  • Live plants are perishable and sensitive to extreme weather. While we take every precaution, we cannot guarantee the condition of plants if there is a significant delay caused by the courier or external factors.
  • During peak seasons, festivals, or adverse weather, delivery may take longer than usual. We will keep you updated via email/SMS.
  • We currently deliver only within India. International shipping is not available at this time.
